Douglas Cross is a singer/guitarist who came of age in Detroit’s urban folk music scene in the 60s and 70s…performing with his 12-string guitar from street corners and college concert venues to coffeehouses, bars and military competitions while serving in the Navy.
Throughout the years he has entertained audiences in the US, Canada and Iceland. Douglas has an extensive Folk/Pop/Americana repertoire with influences from artists such as John Denver, James Taylor, Bob Dylan, Neil Young, Paul Simon, Gordon Lightfoot, the Beatles and many others. He is a regular performer at Bay Area farmers markets, cafés, wineries and community events.
