Discover the best Northern California has to offer: Art, Wine & Cheese! Join French-American artist Catherine Cruz this Fall in the charming town of Sebastopol where she lives for a 4-day event including art workshops and wine and cheese tours.

About the workshops

All materials are provided. Some knowledge of art is encouraged but not required as Catherine will guide you and meet you wherever you are in your art practice. Because this event is limited to ten participants, she will be able to provide individual attention. Her goal is to create a non-judgmental environment for learning, and a comfortable group setting for participating.

Techniques: mono-printing on paper, mark-making, collaging, composing, layering, sanding, revealing textures, mixed media on collage, glazing, and more!

You will take home four finished art pieces (12x12 in, 30x30 cm) and many sheets of collage papers. If you are traveling by air and are concerned with the weight, we can provide lighter canvas covered panels instead.

Schedule

Saturday October 14: Cheese and Wine Tours 1 pm - 5 pm

Sunday October 15: All-day workshop “Create your own collage papers”, 10 am to 4 pm

Monday October 16: All-day workshop “Abstract Collage Composition”, 10 am to 4 pm

Tuesday October 17: All-day workshop “Mixed Media on Collage”, 10 am to 4 pm

Registration fee: $995.00

Cancellation policy: once registered, your payment is non refundable. For this reason, we require that you purchase cancellation insurance from your local travel/insurance company.
