After establishing themselves as one of South Africa’s most successful music groups in the 1970’s, they shot to international stardom in 1987 when Paul Simon famously incorporated the group’s rich harmonies into the landmark album Graceland. In 2018, the group received not one, but two Grammy® Award nominations for two separate albums, a first in the history of world music.
