$500 grand prize!

Alebrije bikes are part bicycle, part cartonería, and 100% fun. Combining art and engineering, they offer a multidisciplinary exploration in design, materials, fabrication, teamwork, public interaction, and cultural understanding. The basic form is extensible not only into robotics but also drama and performance.

Creations will participate in Windsor's Día de los Muertos Parade at the Village Green on November 1st, 2019, at 5pm. Entries will be judged by a panel of judges. Categories include Best in Show and Best Generational Team (family or age-diverse).

Bicycles are available and limited materials scholarships are available. Lesson plan and fabrication assistance is available.
