JOB OPPORTUNITY: Art & Jewelry Consultant
Terra Firma Gallery, a premier retailer of fine art and designer jewelry is seeking a dynamic Art & Jewelry Consultant with a proven track record in art sales and/or luxury retail.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting sales on the gallery floor, via email, phone and off site when required
- Educating clients on art work and jewelry on exhibition
- Curating work on view and maintaining general organization/appearance of gallery space
- Preparing for and promoting events
Qualifications:
- 3 years previous experience in art and/or jewelry sales
- Self directed, passionate, and goal orientated approach to sales
- Exceptional eye for aesthetics and design
-Solid work ethics (both independently & as part of a team) and integrity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong command of Mac based devices
- Professional appearance and attitude
-Ability to close sales is imperative
