AUDITION: Tony in West Side Story

Seeking Tony in 'West Side Story'

6th Street Playhouse will be seeing actors/singers for the role of Tony in the upcoming musical, West Side Story. The musical runs June 7-June 30, 2019.

What to Prepare:
Actor/singers wishing to be considered for this show should prepare thirty-two (32) bars, preferably from 'West Side Story' and bring sheet music with you to the audition - you may not sing a cappella).  An accompanist will be on hand for those singing.

All those attending are required to bring a resume and headshot to the audition.

Role: Tony
A romantic young man and former leader of the Jets, he has found a new lifestyle now. Tony finds himself violently torn between his friendships and love. Falls in love with Maria and meets an untimely death. Genuinely sweet and sincere. Age: 18 to 25

All acting positions are paid. AEA and non-AEA actors will both be considered.
