Call To Artists: Juried Art Show at the Day on the Green at the Village Festival
CALL TO ARTISTS: DAY ON THE GREEN

11-4 PM, 911 Village Court, Santa Rosa, CA
Montgomery Village invites Artists to apply to the Day on the Green Art Festival.
This annual event showcases CA Artists displaying and selling their creations, Green businesses and environmental organizations with services and products that promote a natural lifestyle in balance with the planet. Gallery Owner Dennis Calabi will be the Juror the Art Show. The festival also features live music from Annie Samson and Band. Annie has recorded with Elvin Bishop, Taj Mahal, Buddy Miles, Eddie Money, as well as performed with Bonnie Raitt, Boz Scaggs, Sammy Hagar, Steve Miller, Elvis Costello and Nick Gravenites and many other.

Artwork Delivery: Sat April 28, 2018 at 8:30 am
Please check-in to install your artwork at the Montgomery Village, 911 Village Court in Santa Rosa at 8:30am. The Festival begins promptly at 11 am. All artists’ booths must be set up by 10:00 am when the awards are given. All Artists must be present at their booths during the Festival.
Art-Display-Fee
You will have approximately 10 feet of wall or table space to display your work. Please be flexible and accept the limits of our space. You may wish to bring 1-2 extra works to increase your installation options in the event of sales. Artists are responsible for all of their sales. There is a 20% commission on sales. The booth fee is $50.
Juror Awards
The Juried Festival includes of $1,500 in award prizes.
There will be a $100 for 1st place the following 5 categories:
1.Painting
2 Drawing/Etching/ Printmaking/ Mixed Media
3.Photography
4.Sculpture/Woodworking/Metal Art
5.Ceramics/Fiber Arts/Glass/Jewelry
Additionally, there will be a $500 award for the Best of Show and a certificate The Jury selection will include your 3 (pre-show) submitted jpgs or photographs and your booth at the festival. Please submit 3 jpg’s at least 2 MB each at 240 dpi on CD/ DVD or 3 photographs for jury and publicity All Artists must be present throughout the festival. The Juror for this year’s event will be Calabi Gallery owner Dennis Calabi.
