ART STUDIO RENTAL: New Artist Studio Collective in Petaluma

ART STUDIOS FOR RENT:  Magic Shop Studios

A very unique opportunity is opening up in mid February. We are starting an art collective in an amazing creative space in Petaluma down by the river on 1st and G street. A unique space with beautiful light.

A place where artists can create and share ideas. There are 6 studios, a kitchen area, a bathroom, overflow art storage area and a shared communal print studio / pop up gallery.

There are three large studios that could easily be shared and three smaller studios. Prices range from $450.00 -$900.00 a month plus utilities.

Cemil Hope of HopeBuilt created the most incredible studios above HopeBuilt Inc. I have had the good fortune to rent a studio in this magical spot for the last year. Unfortunately Hopebuilt is moving. Carrying the torch forward and keeping Cemil’s creative spaces alive I am proposing a Petaluma studio art collective.
