THE POSITION

-Become an expert on the Fender brand and Fender Academy trainings
-Help educate sales associates on FenderAcademy to ensure that employees are up to date and knowledgeable on everything Fender
-Work in local music stores in your area
-Manage a monthly calendar of retail store visits to meet the needs of Fender in your market
-Use ThirdChannel technology, on a smartphone or tablet, to collect crucial store information which will be relayed back to Fender in real time

MUST HAVES

-Previous experience in retail or working as a team trainer
-Ability to demonstrate extraordinary communication & organizational skills
-Be comfortable working on your own while receiving remote coaching and supervision
-Possess an outgoing personality with a desire to positively represent the Fender brand
-A smart phone or tablet to use during store visits
-Passionate about the Fender brand
-Musician skills are an added bonus
