Hip Hop Instructor

The City of Santa Rosa Recreation and Parks Department is looking for fun, high-energy individuals with great communication abilities to teach a specific class: Hip Hop Style Dance.

Job Title: Contract Instructor

Pay Rate: $38/hr

Schedule: Tue, 3:30-4:15pm & 4:30-5:15pm

Location: Finley Community Center, 2060 West College Avenue

Primary Duty:

Lead a course on Hip Hop Style Dance (Age 4-9)
The City is looking for a candidate who will work as a positive representative of the Recreation & Parks Department, with the ability to communicate clearly, work independently and with direction, and have a friendly demeanor.

Requirements:

Contract Instructors must obtain a Business Tax Certificate, are responsible for carrying adequate liability insurance as needed and instructors who offer activities to persons under the age of 18 are required to be processed for fingerprint clearance with the State Department of Justice. Any costs associated with these procedures are the responsibility of the instructor.
