The Petaluma Arts Center (PAC) is a community gathering place for dynamic engagement with the arts. The mission of the Center is Building Community Through Art. It does this by providing quality art exhibitions in various media, educational classes for people of all ages, and arts related events for the residents of Petaluma and surrounding Sonoma County regions.
Position Summary:
The Director of Community Engagement (DCE) will be responsible for connecting with the community of Petaluma in an effective manner in order to expand and manage the major donor program at PAC. This includes overseeing and directing various fundraising events to meet financial goals in support of PAC programming, as well as the ongoing engagement of PAC supporters. As such, the DCE will work closely with the operations director and the marketing, membership and educational teams to ensure integration of goals and plans.
This position reports to the president of the board of directors.
This is a part time exempt position, with paid time through our PTO system. Salary is $39,000 per year.
