Membership & Volunteer Coordinator
Napa Valley Museum Yountville seeks an energetic and experienced Membership & Volunteer Coordinator to join our team. Directly reporting to our Manager of Education and Visitor Experience, this position requires an exceptional person combining a friendly, approachable and inspiring personality with a strong, disciplined work ethic and flawless attention to detail and professionalism. Experience with donor and/or customer databases strongly preferred.
Volunteer and Intern Management
Staffing of Museum galleries on weekends, and during Programs and Events
Demonstrated volunteer and member relations and recruitment skills
Strong personal ethics, organizational and time-management skills
Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
MUST be able to work both Saturday and Sunday, and some evenings.
This is a part-time position, 20 hours a week, with some benefits. Compensation
commensurate with experience and qualifications.
