Seeking Artist Studio Sublet for July 2018

I am a painter coming to live in Sonoma this summer. I am going to accompany my young teenage son who will be interning with the Sonoma Stompers for the month  of July 2018. I would like to lease/sublet an artist space for the month - ideally somewhere no further than 30 minutes from central Sonoma, at least 200 square feet, good light, electricity, sink and bathrooms nearby. Well, that is my wish list but I am open to creative options. I am responsible, neat and can provide references. Thank you.
