HCA will be presenting the 2018 Healdsburg Arts Festival at Plaza Park from July 27-29 in Healdsburg and is needing volunteer help in the following areas:
Artist check-in - Registration for festival artists
Set-up/breakdown - Set up and take down of tables, chairs, canopies before and after festival
Artist/volunteer lounge - Make sure beverages and snacks stay stocked in artist tent and monitor area
Runner- Takes information and needed items back and forth between artists and festival staff
HCA Information booth - Manages information booth, gives programs to guests, answers questions about festival
Greeters - Welcome guests to festival, smiling faces
Booth sitters - Sit in and monitor booths for artists as they take breaks
Stage - Help ensure performers are present at stage and ready to perform during their designated time
Wine/water booth - Help sell drinks, take money and pour wine
Kids Art Zone - Help monitor children’s art area
Community Art Zone - Help monitor area
