For centuries Artists have been the scribes of humanity, expressing what is happening both in the world around them and in their unique inner landscapes. 2020 was an unprecedented year worldwide marked by a pandemic, as well as cultural, political and racial divisions.

2020 may possibly be seen as paradigm shift going forward. How is our rapidly changing world shaping the art you create? Please submit current work that expresses your experience of this extraordinary time.

Calling artists in all mediums to submit images and works responding to these “Unprecedented” times. (No entries larger than 48″x48″ or heavier than 50 lbs., please). The show will be juried by Melinda Cootsona.

Entries are due to Entry-thingy on the HCA website by April 14, 2021 Delivery of art will occur on April 27 & 28, 2021. Show opens on May 1, 2021 and closes on June 13, 2021. Pick up of art work is on June 13 & 14, 2021. Due to potential COVID-19 related restrictions and therefore limited gallery access, there will not be an opening reception.
