Opening Reception on November 17, 2019, 3 - 5 pm.

The Art Ambassador invites artists to express their imaginations, creativity and inspiration using symbolic or actual bird imagery and expressing ideas of freedom, flight, independence, nature, sustainability, love and life.

The bird theme comes from the Habanera in Bizet's 'Carmen' in which Carmen sings about love, rejects her suitors and refers to herself as a bird whose natural affinity is for freedom, flightiness and independence.

2D Media only: Paintings, Drawings & Pastels, Mixed media, Prints, Photography, Digital - originals only

Sizes: a minimum of 8x10" and maximum of 36x48" 

All artwork must be ready for hanging and for sale; unframed canvases must have painted edges.

Best prices are $100 - $3500

REQUIREMENTS: Open to all artists nationally (over 18 years). All work must be available for sale.
