CALL TO ARTISTS: Application Open for Summer Residential Conservatory Program

Festival Napa Valley is currently accepting applications for the Festival’s two annual summer residential conservatory programs for emerging professional musicians — for both instrumentalists and vocalists:

These two, TUITION FREE 2.5-3 week immersive professional development educational programs are at the core of the Festival’s educational programs and are really at the heart of the whole Festival, as well, since the participating musicians are a key component of the Festival Orchestra and are the supporting cast and chorus for the live opera we are now staging each summer. All participants receive scholarships and housing, as well as assistance toward food and local transportation expenses. 

Deadline for applications for both the instrumental program (Blackburn Music Academy) and the opera program (Manetti Shrem Opera Program Summer Conservatory) is January 31, 2022.
