Registration for the 21st annual National Arts Program is open!
This annual exhibit at the Finley Center is an all-ages, all skill-levels show and it’s free to enter. Participants show one work of art each; everyone is eligible for cash prizes and gift certificates from RileyStreet Art Supply.

National Arts Program:
Who is eligible: City of Santa Rosa residents, City employees and relatives of City employees
- FREE to enter
- All ages and levels of experience
- Cash awards totaling $3,450 will be awarded by age and classification (see below for award distribution)
Important Dates
Registration closes: January 5, 2024
Artwork drop-off: Saturday, February 3, 10am-1pm
Exhibition dates: February 5 – April 19
Reception and award ceremony, open to the public: March 10, 3-5pm
Artwork pick-up: April 20, 10am-1pm
