I have a painting Studio which I rarely use.

it is 320 Sqft with large windows great light – new floors – storage space and work surface.

Located in the Railroad square West End neighborhood, 7 min walk from Riley Street Art store.

I am looking for an exchange either in form of rental fee or work exchange.
