SEEKING MUSIC TEACHERS!

CHORAL INSTRUCTOR - Bennett Valley Union Elementary Santa Rosa, CA

Bennett Valley Union School District (BVUSD) and the Bennett Valley Education Foundation (BVEF) are recruiting qualified applicants for a Choral Director for the 2022-23 school year.
1 hour per week, Mondays, 1:45 - 2:45 PM.

Paid 90 minutes to compensate for prep time.
Minimum qualifications: Must love kids, want to teach singing, be able to sing, read music, and transcribe music to suit young children (4th - 6th Grade), pass fingerprint clearance, provide proof of negative tuberculin test, and have a high school diploma. Experience teaching singing to elementary-aged students is preferred.

SEEKING BEGINNING BAND INSTRUCTOR - Bennett Valley Union Elementary Santa Rosa, CA

Bennett Valley Union School District (BVUSD) and the Bennett Valley Education Foundation (BVEF) are recruiting qualified applicants for a Beginning Band Instructor position for the 2022-23 school year.
2 or more days per week, depending upon enrollment.

Preferably, practice occurs before school hours, approx. 7 – 8:20 AM. Requesting 2 concert performances per year, Winter and Spring.
Ideally, instructor available for Rose Parade instruction and attendance (if parade occurs in May 2023).
Paid $45.90 per hour.
