Job Title: Program Assistant
Location: Healdsburg, CA
Terms: Part-Time, 24 hours/week, Tuesday-Friday 9 am – 3 pm (flexible) Note: The position requires additional hours for Seasonal Open Studios, Non-remote position.
Salary: Depends on Experience, $20-$24/hour
About us: Artist Residency and Warnecke Architectural Archive at Warnecke Ranch & Vineyard.
Responsibilities:
Phone and e-mail correspondence
Coordinating Artists, Studio Days, Open Studios, etc.
Scheduling artists, events, cleaning, etc.
Social Media (Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
Prepare Invoices/Receipts
Write, Record, and Deposit checks
Income & Expense Reports
Filing, Scanning documents
Weekly Architectural Archive projects, and other projects as assigned
Archive Requests
Maintain Calendars
Apply for Grants & other fundraising
Email & Social Media Campaigns
Maintain Websites
Other duties as requested by Executive Director
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Traits:
Excellent English language communication skills including the ability to read and the ability to write clearly and effectively.
The ability to work with little direction and the desire to work in a collaborative setting.
Demonstrated work ethic, strong people skills and a positive attitude.
Knowledge and personal proficiency to use the following software programs: word processing, spreadsheets, graphic design and the basic ability to perform webpage edits. (Experience with MailChimp, Canva, GoDaddy, Hootsuite, and Wix a plus, but willing to train the right person.)
Benefits:
10 paid vacation days annually – accrued after working for one year.
(NOTE: Vacation requests require two week’s notice & approval.)
8 paid holidays including: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
3 paid sick days, or 24 hours annually.
