Job Description: · Write content and schedule posts/ads for social media program including twitter, Facebook and Instagram, plus communicate plan with social media teams in our 8 stores.
· Create content and schedule bi-weekly MailChimp eblasts promoting featured book titles and events
· Edit and proof book blurbs for featured titles and authors in our monthly newsletter and instore book lists and shelf talkers
· Manage collateral and signage requests, production, inventory, and distribution to eight stores
· Coordinate with external graphic designer to produce monthly calendar, event flyers, sale signage, etc.
· Place and pick up printing orders for marketing collateral and signage
· Add and maintain event listings on Eventbrite, Facebook, website
· Retrieve buyer book lists from Eidelweiss online book catalog and distribute to stores with monthly display signage
· Maintain multiple email marketing subscription lists in MailChimp
· Archive digital assets and marketing collateral on google docs
· Assist with other project as designated by the Marketing Manager
