This summer, learn about the newly released state Arts Education Framework, CA Arts Standards, and Universal Design Learning through virtual meeting, presented by CCSESA and other partners. 

Intro to the California Arts Ed Framework
Designed for arts educators, multiple subject teachers, school and district administrators, and teaching artists to build their initial understanding of the California Arts Education Framework and explore strategies for implementation.

Discipline-Specific CA Arts Ed Framework
Designed for arts educators, multiple subject teachers, school and district administrators, and teaching artists to deepen their understanding of the California Arts Education Framework and explore strategies for implementation within specific disciplines of Visual Arts, Music, Dance, Theatre, and/or Media Arts.

Universal Design Learning (UDL) & the Arts
Designed for arts educators, multiple subject teachers, school and district administrators, and teaching artists to increase their
understanding of the connections between the California Arts Standards for Public Schools and UDL in addition to strategies for
implementation.

These professional learning opportunities are offered by Alameda, Butte, Fresno, Humboldt, Los Angeles, Mendocino, San Diego, Santa Clara, Stanislaus, and Tulare County Offices of Education as part of the collective work of CCSESA Statewide Arts Initiative.
