PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT: Visual Thinking Strategies

The Petaluma Arts Center is offering a FREE Visual Thinking Strategies training on Wednesday, August 18 from 9am-1pm.

Through the use of three questions – What’s going on in this picture? What do you see that makes you say that? What more can we find? – the VTS experience is an inclusive, encouraging, and lively way for participants to engage with art and with each other. The benefits: critical thinking, active listening, open-ended discussion, respectful dialogue, and language acquisition and vocabulary building in K-6 environment.
