VENDOR OPPORTUNITY: SF Etsy Indie Emporium Wine Country Pop-Up

We are very excited to announce that after the success of our smaller shows this year, we are organizing a market for the first time in WINE COUNTRY! This pop-up style market will take place at Viansa Winery in Sonoma, California on July 29, 2018. 

Although, we hope we can accommodate everyone that wants to vend, we will be accepting applications on a first come, first serve basis. So submit your application early!

Deadline is July 15, 2018.

All vendors will be supplied a 6' table for the day. We will be INSIDE in an air conditioned space. The venue has a great outdoor space too for it's winery visitors and has a reputation for hosting picnics, serving pizza from their on-site pizza oven and having live music! The tables spaces will be $55 for the day. This discounted rate is available due to support we receive from Etsy.com and through a generous donation of the venue space by Viansa Winery. The table costs will cover insurance for the event and marketing materials for all vendors.

This event is ideal for handmade artists, vintage curators, illustrators and craftspeople . We will consider pre-packaged food items, as long as no samples are given out at the event, because we will not have health inspectors onsite for this market.  We hope to feature as many Sonoma & Napa County sellers as possible!

As a requirement to this show, you will need to promote and market this event within your network. We will be providing you with promotional materials, let us know if you need additional promotional materials.

Submissions are due via this form by NOON (12:00pm) July 15, 2018 with notifications sent by email by July 18th, 2018.  A payment invoice will be included with your acceptance and be payable via credit/debit card. The fair will be open Sunday 12pm to 5pm, we will load in from 10:30am with set up complete by 11:45am.
