Escolar is an art and design research collective working at the intersection of regenerative agriculture and cultural production within an anti-capitalist and de-colonial framework.

We maintain a curatorial practice and an exhibition venue, a residency with production facilities and support, provide design and fabrication support for local activists and maintain a one-acre experimental farm with an emphasis on native flora.

ETC Designs Decorative Arts, Special Events I started ETC designs in 2008 to offer custom floral designs for all occasions. I had worked in the flower shop filling FTD and Teleflora orders but enjoyed creating larger events where I was really able to show off my creativity. I enjoy working with my clients to come up with unique designs for their events. I believe that no two events are the same and each one should have unique details to make it stand out. For me, it is all about working with each customer to create a handmade event with personal touches that reflect each individual. In addition to flowers, we offer an assortment of props that can enhance your event and will work together with you to create an amazing event. The little details are what really make your event stand and Emily helps make all the little details come together. With weekly trips to local vendors and the San Francisco Flower market, I work with my wholesalers to get the freshest product for all my events. With a variety of flowers to offer, we can come up with a unique design for your special occasion.

Healdsburg Jazz Adult Arts Education, Education, Holidays Shop Local, Music, Nonprofit, Performing Arts, Performing Arts Membership or Season Tickets, Youth Arts Education Since 1999 the Healdsburg Jazz Festival has become a favorite local tradition with a growing national and international reputation. People come to the summer Festival each year to hear world-class music and to experience Healdsburg and Sonoma County. The San Francisco Chronicle describes the Festival as, "one of the best small jazz festivals in the country if not the world."

In addition to the annual Festival, Healdsburg Jazz sponsors numerous free music education programs in Healdsburg area schools for primary and secondary school students, as well as for adults, and presents a series of Jazz Master concerts, discussions, and a variety of events throughout the year.

In 2019 Healdsburg Jazz hosted or co-hosted 120 jazz performances and music-related events, 75% of them completely free of charge, and it served about 2,000 children in our community. A real tour de force of Jazz, Education and Community. In 2020 the organization adapted to the limitations of the pandemic, with 85% of the events completely free, and around 4,000 attendees from all over the world joining in our virtual events. In 2021, Healdsburg Jazz continued monthly virtual programming, presented video concerts, created educational programs that celebrate events such as Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Maya Angelou, and Juneteenth, and will present a live Festival (outdoors, distanced, covid-compliant) June 17-20. This 2022 year, Healdsburg Jazz is offering two new fall events: Music for Sonoma Families and a Music & Performing Arts Camp, in addition to the Zoom events throughout the year, Freedom Jazz Choir, the Healdsburg Jazz All-Star ensemble, and the Juneteenth Education Celebration. We look forward to full in-person educational program offerings in 2023.

Founded in 1999 by Jessica Felix, Marcus Shelby is the current Artistic Director. Healdsburg Jazz is a registered 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization.
