A.R.T.S Student Exhibition 2020

Sonoma Valley Museum of Art (SVMA) presents A Sea of Faces/Un Mar de Caras, an online exhibition of vibrant, colorful artwork by students participating in its Art Rewards The Students (A.R.T.S.) program.  The exhibition was originally to take place in the museum March 18-April 5, but was cancelled due to public health and safety restrictions.

In an explosion of creativity and color, student artworks incorporate metal, paper, clay, plaster, fabric, natural fibers, paints, and other materials.   Artworks include floating kozo paper clouds providing shelter for self-portrait superheroes; jolly jellyfish created from mixed media; portraits that explore how color represents moods; and much more.   The exhibition expands each week as more of the student artwork becomes available.
