This week-long camp of 2 virtual hours online using Zoom will give kids & teens of all levels specific hand sewing, macrame, and weaving techniques all while letting them complete a fun range of fiber art projects and crafts.
2 Separate Camps!
Camp 1: July 6-10, 10:00am - 12:00pm
Camp 2: July 13-17, 10:00am - 12:00pm
Summer Camp is still on and this is the chance for all levels to come together and enjoy! In this online live workshop using Zoom video conferencing, kids and teens will experience the accomplishment of learning specific hand sewing, macrame, and weaving techniques all while completing a fun range of fiber art projects and crafts. Camp will include 2 hours of virtual time for students to share their projects and learn the techniques of new skills, and then have the rest of the day to freely express themselves in their own creations! No experience necessary.
All camp supplies and materials will be provided at a scheduled curbside pick-up at the Sonoma Community Center. Camp is for ages 10-17. For our younger students, a parent/guardian is asked to be present to help facilitate the start of class and be available to help when needed. Class recordings will also be available for a limited time for review, if necessary.
