This member of the Transcendence team will effectively support our CFO, Bookkeeper and others as appropriate in ensuring proper and timely completion of activities and functions that relate to the financial aspects of the company.

VITAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE
Prepare and manage data and documentation support with high proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) in order to assist with maintaining and managing data, creating reports, budgetary assessments, presentations, etc..
Compare and validate vendor related reporting and processing into QuickBooks Online.
Assist in ensuring proper coding of expenses.
Validation and review of company credit card charges.
Review and validate monthly banking statements.
Review invoice coding and processing.
Analyze data and contribute to Cash Flow management activities.
Assist with budgetary reporting needs across departments.
Assist with contract creation as requested.
Review payables and audit payments.
Assist in maintenance of contract files and ensuring contract compliance.
Assist in weekly payroll processing as needed.
Assist in maintaining ADP HR related data as needed.
Organize and schedule meetings, conference rooms, and related logistics.
Collaborate with Team on various projects and campaigns.
Participate in company meetings and service projects as required.
Must be able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
HOW DO I KNOW IF I’M A FIT TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS POSITION?
You have the REQUIRED SKILLS:
Excellent Time Management
Highly Proficient in Excel
Familiarity with standard accounting and financial processes and practices
Familiarity with QuickBooks Online
Familiarity with Parton Manager (or equivalent ticketing solution)
Familiarity with ADP TotalSource Solutions (or equivalent HR/Payroll solution)
Familiarity with Salesforce platform & applications
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Proficient in Google G Suite (Gmail, Google Calendar, etc.)
Proficient with Apple/Mac OS
Excellent Relational and Communication skills
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE: Preferred but not required.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance a plus
2+ years of accounting and finance related experience
