Program Director will:

Manage and coordinate all facets of the AIS/AUU programs.
Market AIS/AUU to public and private TK-12 schools in Marin and surrounding areas.
Keep AIS/AUU portion of website and blog updated.
Recruit, contract/employ, and provide professional development with mentor artists
Stay current on field of arts education.
Understand and integrate the National Arts Standards into curricula review.
Curricula review and oversight.
Develop and maintain relationships with artists, principals, teachers and parents.
Supervise and evaluate artists working in schools using MICC.
Administer contracts, invoices, class schedules, evaluations, student release forms and class information for schools and artists.
Schedule and attend residency planning meetings, coordinate all aspects of residency including schedule, pay, prep time, supply and performance budget
Gather program statistics for Program Report
Maintain school, artists and contract Filemaker Pro databases
Work with Executive Director on grants and reports
Review progress of the program and report to the YIA Board
Work with the Executive Director on formulating budgets and program financials
Monitor the AIS/AUU budget
Coordinate and schedule family events, art exhibits and performances
Ensure program materials reach all types of learners
