In partnership with the Sonoma County Office of Education, Creative Sonoma is sponsoring free, drop-in visual art activities taught by Christina Klauenburch at Santa Rosa City Schools' Integrated Wellness Center (see below for more info).

This program will be held on Thursdays beginning February 7 through March 14, 2019 from 4:00-5:00.

As a teaching artist in the Creative Sonoma Arts and Trauma Teaching Artist Residency Program, Christina has experience in providing art activities that help families explore and discuss feelings and emotions. Parents and their children (any age) are encouraged to attend together. These classes are offered to the community free of charge.

ABOUT THE INTEGRATED WELLNESS CENTER:

The Integrated Wellness Center is open every Tuesday through Thursday after school, 3:30-5:30pm, to provide free services to families in the community who are feeling the effects of the October 2017 wildfires. These services are:

• free
• available to any student or parents in Sonoma County, not just the Santa Rosa district
• offered beyond the typical school hours
• confidential
