La Luz seeking a Director of Development.

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Director of Development leads and manages the day-to-day responsibilities for achievement of La Luz Center's annual development goals in the following areas: Donor contributions, Foundation/Government Grants, Legacy Gifts/Endowments, and Annual Appeal. The expectation is to raise $1.5 million dollars a year. This position is responsible for demonstrating the highest level of ethics, prudence and productivity. As well, the Director of Development provides direct support to other members of the leadership team to support the delivery of highly-acclaimed programs and services to families and children of all economic and social backgrounds.
