Our New Associate Director, Operations:

The Napa Valley Museum is seeking qualified candidates who possess exceptional temperament, experience and knowledge of Museum practices, as well as strong experience in organizational management and fiscal oversight.  This position reports to the Executive Director, and is the second most senior position at the Museum, supervising the staff, as well as providing backup and support for the Executive Director. The Associate Director, Operations ​will assist the Executive Director and Trustees in implementing our Museum vision and strategic plan, and meeting our goals. It is our belief that by adding this position to our leadership team, we will enhance our ability to build community support, membership, donors and educational programs.
