The California Arts Council's Professional Development and Consulting (PDC) program assists arts organizations in building their capacity for success.

The PDC program provides opportunities for the arts field to grow and thrive by increasing the operational capacity of arts and cultural organizations through either professional development and consulting services. Deadline is December 14, 2016 for projects occurring between February 1, 2017 - June 30, 2017.
