The California Arts Council's Professional Development and Consulting (PDC) program assists arts organizations in building their capacity for success.

The PDC program provides opportunities for the arts field to grow and thrive by increasing the operational capacity of arts and cultural organizations through either professional development and consulting services. Deadline is April 5, 2017 for projects occurring between June 1, 2017 - January 31, 2018.
