The Town of Windsor is pleased to invite you to respond to a Request for Proposal (RFP) to design and manage the fabrication and installation of the Timeline Walk on the Windsor Town Green. The administration for this contract will be by the Parks and Recreation Department in the Town of Windsor.

This RFP is for the Town of Windsor to contract with a qualified individual/firm for the purpose of designing a signage plan which will travel along a pathway on the Windsor Town Green depicting significant historical milestones of the Town and the region. The objective of this project is to design vertical, stand-alone signs to replace the historical symbols that have faded from the concrete pathway. It is desirable that the new signs need to be durable and low maintenance. There will be a requirement for some signs to be interactive to appeal to youth and families.
