Balance Stress with Art and Yoga, Mandala Restorative Yoga Workshop, All levels welcome
The most effective way to a relaxed state of mind is through Art and Yoga.
When your life’s racing full-speed ahead, so is your mind. Restorative yoga is a practice that’s all about slowing down and opening your body through stretching. The fundamental principle of yoga is that your body and mind are connected, so when one combines art with yoga stress hormones are reduced and the mind is guided through meditation that becomes a healing force for the body as well as the mind.
Art washes away from the soul the dust of everyday life–Pablo Picasso.
