The City of Napa is pleased to announce the opening of Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for the Roundabout Public Art Project. The RFQ submission deadline is Friday, November 12th, 2021. The RFQ seeks qualifications from experienced public artists (or artist teams) who specialize in site specific sculpture for gateway artwork.
