Makers in the Library is seeking a graphic artist/visual designer to provide brand designing services that tells our story for a grant funded project . The project scope includes these deliverables:

1. New name and logo for the Collective
a. Help us make our final name decision from a short list
b. New and not currently copyright protected
c. Works well in both color and black & white
d. Final logo package delivered as vectorized graphic files and high resolution rasterized graphic
files at least 300 PPI.

2. New color scheme and font for the Collective
a. Identify 2-3 colors from the logo
b. Share Pantone color, RGB, CMYK, and Hex color codes

c. Define font for headlines and body text
3. Collective ‘Vibe’ and Language
a. A short phrase that summarizes our mission - like a tag line
b. Guidance on tone, feeling, vibe
c. Language notes related to keywords and writing style

For this project, we have allocated $2500, to include all deliverables, time, and communication.

Schedule and timeline -
Proposal submission deadline: July 1, 2022
Selection and announcement: July 11, 2022
Project kick-off meeting: week of July 11-15, 2022
Project 50% check-in meeting: week of August 15-19 2022
Project deliverables are due on September 16, 2022
