We have up to 3,000 sq ft available in our beautiful brick warehouse on Copeland St next to the river in downtown Petaluma. We would like to divide the space into no more than 4 separate sections. We are amenable to improvements to make this suitable for longer term tenants.

We are a treehouse construction company with a large prefabrication operation that includes a full wood and metal shop. We would like to fill the space with other makers and artists. This is not necessary though, we are open to many uses including storage, etc.

The space is historic with amenities such as 3 phase power and bathrooms. The main access is through a single person door and a large roll up door with a drive aisle for car access right up to your space. Right now there is no separation between our main space and yours, but we can build walls to suit.

We are looking for tenants immediately on a month to month basis at $1.40/sf
