Slough City Studios is an exciting new creative space in Petaluma and we’ve got studios for rent! Two are available now, another will be up and May 1st and then another June 1st.

They’re all different sizes and prices ranging from 52sq ft for $540/mo to 118sq ft for $721/mo. Shared utilities fall under $50/mo per studio. Move in requires first and last month + $200 security deposit. You’re welcome to share the space with a friend or creative partner to cut costs!

We ask for a 3 month commitment with 60 day move out notice so Summer flings are ok! 24 hr access for artists and the front end business hours are wed-sun 10(ish)-6pm. Drop us an email to ask more questions or just come down and check it out!
