At Fleur Sauvage Chocolates, Chef Robert “Buttercup” Nieto, creates beautiful and creative Chocolate Sculptures which are on display year round (Fleur Sauvage Chocolates, 370 Windsor River Rd, Windsor).  Chef Nieto has been featured on the Food Network creating Chocolate Sculptures and was a member of Pastry Team USA where he created Sugar and Chocolate Sculptures.
