WCFF incorporated in 1987. It is the oldest celebration of international cinema in California’s world famous Sonoma and Napa counties.  Annually WCFF Founders Stephen Ashton and Justine Gotthardt artfully blend cinema with intimate discussions, master classes and activities designed to deepen the viewers’ experience. WCFF mission is to produce a film festival that makes a difference – one that alters our perceptions of one another, bridges cultural gaps and ventures into territories that provide insight into the the world of the arts, the environment, social issues and international understanding.  www.wcff.us
