Warehouse Commercial Space - Downtown Petaluma

Hello,

We are looking to fill up to 6000 sq ft at $1.18/sqft of our commercial warehouse in downtown Petaluma. Can be split into separate sections. There is also outdoor space available at $0.30/sq ft only if the indoor space is rented too.

We are signing a lease to move into a beautiful, large warehouse right next to downtown petaluma and many other amenities. It is a 10,000 sq ft space, which will be occupied by us, O2 Treehouse. There are large roll up doors and lots of natural light! We would love to find other woodworkers/metalworkers to share resources, but are open to most options now!

First, deposit, and last two months of rent due at signing. You must have commercial insurance.

It is a space largely of creative fabricators with lots of yard space available and resources nearby.
