Santa Rosa Symphony presents: SRS @ Home Feb 28

Francesco conducts Dvořák’s Czech Suite and Wagner’s Siegfried Idyll. Also hear world-renowned, Pulitzer Prize-winning composer—and SRS Artistic Partner—Ellen Taaffe Zwilich’s Prologue and Variations for String Orchestra.

Celebrate life and love with a love poem by Wagner, a serenade by the "Dean of African-American Composers" William Grant Still and Dvorak's lively embrace of his roots in his Czech Suite. Enhancing this program, recorded on Feb 13, 2021 at the Green Music Center, are LIVE pre- and post-concert extras with Music Director Francesco Lecce-Chong. Donations gratefully accepted during this FREE YouTube event.
