VIRTUAL CLAY WORKSHOP: TEXTURED SLAB VASES

In this online, live workshop using Zoom video conferencing, Lynn will demonstrate how to make a lovely textured slab vase using a template. She will share tips for creating templates beyond this specific project. Using your personal tools and sense of design, you will make a vase from beginning to end. No worries if you do not have any texture tools at home, we will explore the possibilities of simple household items. And who doesn’t want a new vase to display flowers? Come join the fun! Students will need to consult their confirmation email for tool & prep instructions including rolling a slab ahead of time. The first hour will be demonstration-based and the second hour will be studio time & discussion.
