Auditions for Petaluma Shakespeare’s production of Speechless Shakespeare directed by Jacinta Gorringe

Audition Details

Looking for actors, singers, dancers, musicians, sign language interpreters, comics, clowns, stage combat enthusiasts, acrobats, jugglers, accordionists, foreign languages speakers, kazooists, toe tappers, rope climbers, hip hoppers, roller skaters and other performers who wish to join us for a full length evening as well as pre-shows for Petaluma Shakespeare.

Speechless Shakespeare celebrates Shakespeare’s characters, plots, and themes through a variety of stage disciplines with a core ensemble as well as individual acts. Think: Vaudeville – Elizabethan- Contemporary or your favorite era.

Bring a 2 – 4 minute song or dance or comic skit, instrumental piece, etc with a tie-in to Shakespeare, his plays, or sonnets. We are looking for approximately 12 performers of all ages who present originality.

Auditions are Saturday, May 19 and Sunday, May 20 at 12:00 to 2:00 and 4:00-6:00.
