is holding our Annual Alzheimer’s fundraiser event
to benefit the “Walk to End Alzheimer’s”
The Garden is a unique draw for such an event. With dozens of varieties of plants & thousands of blooming flowers, 40 varieties of tomatoes, peppers, beets, corn, quashes, cucumbers, it’s the perfect complement to your art work.
Fresh food from the garden will be enjoyed by all which will once again include our famous
Beet Bar with gold and purple beets.
Space and set up
Our fee is $20 per space which is roughly 10×10 to 12×12 which works well with canopy, tent or umbrella. Additional space is $20. We do need to know approx. space needed for layout purposes. We are very flexible and work hard to make this work for everyone.
You provide tables, canopy, umbrella’s, tents or whatever you need for set up. Set up availability is Friday after 4pm for tables and booths and Saturday morning from 6am-9am for tables, booths and artwork.
We suggest a donated item for the silent auction but definitely not required. We do not charge commission. You keep 100% of all sales. If you do well and would like to make an additional donation for the Walk to End Alzheimer’s event, your generosity would be greatly appreciated. Fees and donations are tax deductible and forms will be available the day of event with tax id and all the information.
Payment is due the day of event only. Someone will come by your booth. You can pay anytime of the day with cash or a check made out to the Alzheimer’s Association.
We provide and included in space fee: Chairs, light breakfast and lunch
