My literary credits include stories, essays, and poems in several publications, including Big Blend Magazine, Postcard Poems and Prose, Potato Soup Journal, San Francisco Magazine, Tiny Thimble Magazine, Twist in Time, Voice of Eve.
I am also a former journalist (San Francisco Chronicle, Marin Independent Journal, etc.) and folklore columnist. I have written Family Folktales: What Are Yours? and other e-guides and have facilitated a range of creative writing and folktale writing workshops in the San Francisco Bay Area.
When not writing, I create and exhibit mixed media art with tree bark, pastels, fibers, and, when lucky (really lucky), salmon leather. My art has be exhibited at Santa Rosa Arts Center, Sebastopol Center for the Arts, Truckenbrod Gallery (Oregon), and Virtual Art in the Park (Petaluma).
